WHAT IS SYNGAS?
Synthesis gas or Syngas is a combustible gas derives from a solid fuel by applying gasification technology at a high temperature and elevated pressure. Syngas is a synthetic natural gas containing carbon monoxide and hydrogen and is a gas that can be used to synthesize other chemicals, hence the name synthesis gas, which as shortened to syngas. The production of syngas to be used as a raw material is accomplished by the gasification of municipal waste and is used as a fuel to create steam or electricity.
